The recent declining birthrate has brought many changes to the field of child health nursing. There are a number of new nursing issues that need to be developed, such as the downsizing of child health wards, the transition to home care, the transition to adult care with chronic diseases, and nursing associated with advanced medical treatments such as gene therapy and transplantation medicine. In the field of child health nursing, research that contributes to the realization of the best interests of the child is required in response to the changes surrounding children today.
In the doctoral program of the Graduate School of Child health Nursing, we support students in the process of refining their research plan through sufficient study and exploration on the theme of their interest, taking on the challenge of research, and summarizing it as a doctoral dissertation.
We look forward to working with those who are willing to contribute to the development of child health nursing as researchers, educators, and leaders in the field of child health nursing.
Research on child health nursing practice, child health, child health nursing education, child health nursing management, support for children with health problems and their families, etc. We will provide you with research guidance based on a thorough discussion of your awareness of the issues and topics of interest.
